The nearby cebu safari & adventure park offered a great escape into nature right in the city. The room was comfortable and the staff were always friendly and accommodating throughout my single stay.

The noise from the hall and the air conditioning unit was unbearable!!! Waking up to alarms ringing for hours is not a pleasant experience. They should really address room maintenance issues and reconsider their breakfast pricing structure!!!

The shampoo and shower pump bottles were positioned quite high and malfunctioned, leading to a messy situation during my shower due to spurting.

The hotel staff exhibited really good service, always cute with a friendly smile. I appreciated the prompt action taken by the staff when my electronic door lock wouldn't work.
